- We will be transparent with you on whether you have sufficient damage to file a claim or not
- We will meet with your insurance adjuster to make sure that all damages are accounted for
- We will document all damages marked by the adjuster in case there is a discrepancy in their report
- If denied we fight for our customers through the re-file process
- We will supplement the insurance company for any missed items as well as invoice them for all completed work
- When the job is completed we will send over detailed job documentation with the final invoice
